Reporting a bug

Found something broken? Please email us with:

• Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15)
• Your iOS version (Settings → General → About)
• A short description of what happened and what you expected
• Steps to reproduce the issue, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible

The more detail you include, the faster we can fix it.

Common help topics

• Leaderboard not updating? Make sure you have an internet connection and Game Center is signed in (Settings → Game Center).
• Lost progress or skins? Skins and high scores are saved on your device; reinstalling the app may reset local data.
• Ads issues? A stable connection is required to load rewarded continues and ads.
